Essay · Chapter 06

Teams with the best research still fail to move. The gap between knowing and doing is a coordination gap, and closing it is what Unifyhub builds for.

Access to knowledge is never enough. Even new knowledge is never enough.

A team can have the best research, the most recent data, and the sharpest analysis, and still fail to move. The gap between knowing and doing is a coordination gap. Closing it requires context preserved across people and time, decisions made and owned, responsibility assigned and tracked, feedback gathered and acted on.

That is the problem Unifyhub is building for: the coordination layer that turns what a group knows into what a group does. Retrieval is solved and generation is solved; the group that can act on what it knows is still rare.
