Some questions deserve more voices.

Every part of this site ends in questions on purpose: the vision is a draft held open, and the fastest way to contribute is to answer one of these or to add a better one. Answers, counterexamples, and outright refutations all move the work; send them through contact or the public repository.

From the publication series

  • Does the distinction between inherited knowledge and intelligence hold? Where does it break?

  • Where in your own work has the advantage moved from knowing to deciding?

  • Where have you seen confident error do more damage than ignorance?

  • Who in your field produces new knowledge rather than applying it, and what do they share?

  • Where is the gap between having the information and moving on it widest in your organization?

From the architecture

  • Can a product be understood as part of the ecosystem without hiding its ownership boundary?

  • Does a given decision increase or reduce community autonomy, and who gets to judge?

  • What must an export contain for a community record to be usable elsewhere?

  • Can another implementation conform without private permission, in practice as well as principle?

  • What does auditable delegation look like when the delegate is an AI agent?

From the strategy

  • The first pilot is household food waste, starting with meal planning, pantry tracking and shopping quantities. What would show a household, in one ordinary week, that it wastes less and decides more easily?

  • What would convince a skeptical community that the exit path is real before they commit?

  • Where does "monetize care" break down under commercial pressure, and what guardrail catches it?

From governance

  • Who should hold the keys to the shared contracts on day one, and what forces them open over time?

  • What is the smallest governance structure that is still honest about power?

  • How is trust recorded and measured, such that it can be inspected and revoked, rather than asserted?

  • What does it mean for a contributor to be engaged by their effort, and how is the value of that effort decided by the community without becoming a salary table?

  • What is the right size for a mandate: how much may an elected representative act on the community's behalf before the community has to reconfirm?

  • How does the community share benefits fairly, when members contribute in different currencies of time, skill, and infrastructure?

  • What should trigger the handover of ownership to the community, and who should hold the shares on its behalf?

Have an answer, a counterexample, or a sharper question? Say it. The record of these arguments becomes part of the project's shared memory, which is rather the point.
