Start with one painful problem.

The ecosystem cannot start as a philosophy. It needs one concrete community pain solved with unusual care.

The first problem

Household food waste is the selected development pilot. It starts with meal planning, pantry tracking and shopping quantities in the home; ordering and delivery come later. The pilot also tests the capabilities every later mission needs:

  • shared membership, roles, and responsibilities across tools

  • community memory for decisions, commitments, and working context

  • trusted delegation and approval when automation acts for people

The question

Two questions rank the candidates. What can we build well? And above it: what would make a community feel more coherent, trusted, and free?

The before-and-after test

The chosen pain should create a visible before-and-after:

  • less missing context

  • fewer private decisions

  • clearer authority

  • safer automation

  • a cleaner path to leave

If the change cannot be felt in a single community's ordinary week, it is the wrong first problem.
